FAQ'S SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Please allow 1-2 days to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill our handmade body and bath orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we may be small but we are mighty and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We ship anywhere in the United States from our Los Angeles,CA location. Various shipping options are provided for you to choose from so that you may receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please note delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected.
We encourage you to make sure to review that you have entered correct shipping details on the checkout page. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the errors in the address that you provide. If and order is return due to incorrect address, we will refund the order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you kindly re-submit your order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
HOW MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of the products we will consider returns on a case by case basis. In order for a product to be considered for return you must notify us within 5 days after receipt of goods. Any items returned without doing so along with a return authorization number issued by The White Butterfly, LLC will not be honored. However in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
